Copper or aluminum round compacted circular or segmental compacted circular according to the international specifications IEC 60228 or any customer’s specification.
The insulation material is made from super clean cross-linked polyethylene.
The conductor screen, insulation and insulation screen are extruded simultaneously in one process to ensure that they are free from all possibilities of voids between layers.
The extrusion process is carried out under strictly controlled atmospheric condition and X-Ray system.
The metallic sheath is consist of lead alloy or copper wire incorporated with laminated aluminum foil where required.
Optical Fiber Unit Integrated for Temperature Sensor
Two optical fiber units over the semi-conducting swellable tape(s) shall be applied as distributed temperature sensor
An optical fiber unit shall consist of three multi-mode optical fibers enclosed with a stainless steel tube and the interstices between the tube and the optical fibers shall be filled with suitable jelly.
Additional optical fiber(s) maybe enclosed in the optical fiber unit at manufacture's option.
Jacket is created from PVC or PE.
These cable are manufactured also with special properties in fire conditions as flame retardant, low or zero smoke and toxic gas emissions. In other case, they shall be manufactured to satisfy requirement of any termite attached.
